Hand-picked recommendations to go alongside this product
For the ultimate in lavish and luxurious showering, look no further than the Trent Shower Valve with Airburst Shower Head and Ceramic Handle Handset. This wonderful combination gives you the flexibility to shower using the fixed head or with the smaller handset, which also comes in handy for rinsing down the shower tray or bath after use.
The concealed shower valve is crafted from solid brass and has beautiful white ceramic accents to fully complete the traditional style. The ceramic lever controls the flow and diverts the water between the fixed shower head and handset, whilst the valve underneath is used to adjust the temperature. Although this valve comes with a Claremont handle as standard you can upgrade to an Anglesey handle to match the other brassware in your bathroom.
Both the fixed shower head and ceramic handset use AirBurst technology inside of them, which pushes air through the water flow to give you an equally powerful stream compared to a standard shower whilst saving up to 33% on water usage. They also have EasyClean silicone nipples which allow you to easily remove any limescale or residue with a simple wipe of your fingers.

Minimum Water Pressure
Your water pressure depends on your home's water system. It’s important to consider water pressure when buying a new tap or shower. Buying a product with a minimum water pressure that’s too high for your home will result in poor performance.
- With a combi boiler you can usually expect between 1 and 2 bar
- With a gravity system (cold water tank in attic) you may have as little as 0.1 or 0.2 bar upstairs, and perhaps 0.5 bar downstairs
- With a high pressure unvented system (hot water cylinder, no cold water tank) you will generally have between 1 and 3 bar
You can install an item with a low minimum pressure rating on a high pressure system, but avoid installing an item with a high minimum rating on a low pressure system! Read our guide to water pressure to learn more.
