What do I need to do with the RAN (Returns Authorisation Number)?

The returns form is designed to make sure we can process your return as swiftly and effortlessly as possible. 

You’ll need to print your returns form, fill out the relevant details then secure it to the parcel you’re returning - either inside the box or attached to the outside.

We know that asking you to print a form is a little backwards, and we're working hard on streamlining our returns process and giving you the ability to handle things online instead. In the meantime, if you can't access a printer, please pop the SC# number and returns reasons on a piece of paper and include this within your package.
