Can I change an order after I’ve placed it?

Provided your order hasn't already been picked, packed or dispatched, we should be able to change it for you! The best thing to do is to speak to our team as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.

Once your order has been sent for picking it's too late to change it. Please see our returns policy for details on how to return or exchange an item once it's arrived.
