Please contact us via email or live chat to let us know about your damaged order. We’d also be very grateful if you could attach 1 or 2 photos of the item and the condition of the packaging.
If for any reason you aren’t able to provide photos, please give us as much detail as possible about the scale and location of the damage, and whether the packaging is damaged too.
Once you’ve let us know we’ll do our very best to put things right as quickly as possible.
