If your order contains any pre-order products (those that state ‘delivery from [date]’ rather than ‘in stock’ or ‘3-7 days’), we’ll automatically split your order so you receive in-stock items first. Your pre-order item(s) will follow when they’re back in stock, and we won’t charge you any extra for the additional delivery.
Certain products are delivered directly from our brand partners, and will be automatically delivered separately from other items you order. If this applies to items you've chosen, this will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
We’ll also offer you the option to split your order if you choose a mix of items that are in stock with those that show an estimated delivery time (e.g. 3-7 working days). Please note that there is an additional cost for this.
