Most of our small and medium sized orders ship with DHL Parcel UK, Royal Mail or Evri. These couriers will normally send you an SMS/email and this will allow you to arrange directly for your delivery to be left safely.
For large or fragile products delivered by our specialist delivery partners, you will receive a call/SMS/email before delivery takes place, and you may instruct the delivery partner directly should you wish your order to be left safely or left with a neighbour.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen orders should you choose to request your delivery to be left without a signature. We recommend that where possible you are present to receive and sign for deliveries.
